My personal experience in 2026: uncompleted services and poor follow-up

My experience with Terminix

In Feb 2026, I scheduled pest control services that included bat remediation and insulation work. After waiting over a week, no one returned to complete the work.

On Feb 23, I contacted my representative, Kenneth, to report that no one had returned to perform the agreed-upon services. I was told someone would "look into it," but I received no follow-up.

Over the next several weeks I:

- Made multiple attempts via email to get updates
- Called customer service at least twice and spoke with representatives
- Still received no meaningful response or scheduling confirmation

On March 21, I emailed again stating that I had not heard back and that the only time I received a callback was after disputing the charge with my credit card company. I was again told someone would look into it, but no action was taken.

At one point I was told I could not speak to anyone further until I paid the outstanding balance — even though the services had not been completed. To move things forward, I paid in good faith. Despite paying:

- No one contacted me afterward
- No services were completed
- No follow-up or resolution was provided

On March 24, I was informed that my information had been sent to a branch manager and service manager, but again, no one reached out to me.

Summary of my concerns
- I was charged for services that were never completed
- Multiple follow-ups via email and phone were ignored
- Payment was required before I could escalate the issue
- Even after payment, no resolution or service was provided
- Communication was inconsistent and unresponsive
- At this point I have no faith — including any warranties
